"When
I was growing up I thought I was a pretty good person. I went to
church, but it never really meant much. At the University of Iowa,
God put people in my life who had personal relationships with
Christ. I started attending a Bible study and a Bible-believing
church. For the first time in my life I was being taught the Word of
God. I then began to read the Bible on my own and God opened my eyes
to the fact that I could never be good enough to go to heaven and that I
needed Christ to get there. I trusted Christ as my Savior on July
17, 1996. Campus Bible Fellowship had a big part in my spiritual
growth."
