Purpose: D.I.D. is one of CBF's main discipling tools. Through its thorough coverage of Bible doctrine, Christian living and Scripture memory, it's designed to equip believers in Bible knowledge and maturity. Structure: Disciples in Deed is now available on CD (only) and contains 68 scripturally-based lessons, 12 of which are evangelistic. There are separate sections for the teacher and the student. Anyone may copy materials from the student lessons for distribution, and Baptist Mid-Missions personnel may make copies from the teacher section. The CD format provides flexibility to use the lessons in any order and to select specific topics. Content: The major divisions of the study are: Who Am I in Christ? Growth in Christ, Who Is God? The Body of Christ, Relationships in Christ, Ministry in Christ and Decision-making in Christ. Every major Biblical doctrine is treated: the Scriptures, the Trinity, Angels, Man, Sin, Salvation, Eternal Security, the Local Church, Baptism, and Last Things. Recommendations: Not only do CBF Staff members use this excellent tool, but also Christian workers in many areas of service.
